Gemma was an inspiring founder member of Cookham Village Events and was a huge part of our community.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and, as she did with everything in life, undertook tasks with enthusiam, good humour and a fabulous smile!

Thames Hospice provides inpatient and community palliative and end-of-life care services across East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire for people from the age of 16. Proudly serving its community for more than 30 years, the hospice’s modern facilities include a 29-bed inpatient unit, a wellbeing centre offering day therapy services, physiotherapy, complementary therapy, lymphoedema services, counselling and bereavement support. Its café and shop are open to the public 8am-7pm daily.

This Copas gin is inspired by botanicals found on & around our turkey farm in Cookham, Berkshire.
As well as the inclusion of Rosemary which grows throughout the farm and is sent with our Christmas turkeys, other botanicals include Juniper (obviously!), Coriander, Angelica, Grapefruit, Lemon, Liquorice and Grains of Paradise.
We have developed it with Griffiths Brothers in Penn and are very proud of the result.
Serve with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
Due to the high oil content in our rosemary, the gin might appear cloudy but will clear when tonic is added.

Our Room Diffusers are made with a plant based liquid and not DPG (perfumers alcohol), therefore they do not evaporate nearly as quickly and have an average life span of between 8-10 weeks. Once your Room Diffuser is finished, please do not discard your bottle – simply wash out with soapy water and you can purchase a refill and a new set of reeds.

Unlike traditional crumbly Wensleydale, we use a slower, pre-war recipe which leads to a smooth and buttery texture. Yoredale has all the lemon yogurt acidity you would expect from a Wensleydale, with mineral, earthy tones closer to the rind.
We use unpasteurised milk, so the cheese truly reflects the ‘terroir’ of the farm. Everything from the pastures on which the cows grazed, the weather, the season and even the bacteria in the soil plays a role in determining the final flavour. The cheese is clothbound and aged in our maturing room for 3-4 months.

This Manchego Cheese cured between 18 and 24 months in a mixed control/industrial environment and a natural cave gets Spanish denomination of “Añejo Gran Reserva”. It is elaborated with raw sheep milk, has a natural rind smeared with EVOO and is cured for the last months in the family cave.

These stunning handmade sterling silver wavy, squiggly dangle earrings are perfect for any occasion. With their smooth highly polished finish they catch the light as they sway. The earrings are suspended from sterling silver ear wires.
These gorgeous lightweight wave design earrings with a smooth plain finish are perfect for day or night and would make a lovely birthday or wedding anniversary gift for someone who loves handmade jewellery. Or why not treat yourself?
I created the earrings from sterling silver wire and shaped them into a squiggly, wavy, snake like design. The earrings were made entirely by me using traditional silversmithing techniques. Due to the handcrafted nature of the jewellery each piece is unique and may vary slightly.
