Lara is a fully qualified and accredited Level 2 Reiki therapist, with a diploma in Meditation Teaching and a certificate in Transformational Coaching. She is also currently studying for a degree in Neuroscience at the University of Bristol. Upon graduation, Lara aims to combine the two, to blend science and holistic therapies with a Somatic approach. The focus of her business so far has been working with women going through life transitions and trauma.
