Gift for Good, Covent Garden Christmas Charity Auction

Covent Garden is proud to partner with charity Only A Pavement Away, to auction off money-can’t-buy prizes from hotels, shops & restaurants across the neighbourhood.

Running from 9am Thursday 24th November until 9pm Sunday 27th November 2022, the ‘Gift For Good’ charity auction will donate all proceeds to Only A Pavement Away, who work alongside a number of foodbanks & homeless charity Crisis, to provide pathways out of homelessness into purposeful employment within hospitality.

Launched in October 2018, Only A Pavement Away is a charity who work to connect people facing homelessness, prison leavers and veterans with new careers in hospitality. Their programme has already placed 270 people into work saving the local & central government an estimated £5million to the economy through reduced government support, financial independence, and household expenditure. The charity has ambitious plans to help 1000 people facing homelessness into work by 2024.
