Tickets for a train ride to see Santa in his grotto + gift bag + sweets and a mince pie.
Children 2yr and under can travel free on a lap (max 1 per adult) but will not receive gift bag and mince pie/cake.
Tickets are for a train ride departing during the time on the ticket. Please ensure you are on site for the time stated as there may not be space outside the allocated slot. We need to dispatch a train every 5 minutes so please do not loiter in the station area.
Trains will consist of a mixture of sit in and sit astride coaches and you may not get a choice of which type.
You must remain on the train in the grotto. You are welcome to take pictures in the grotto and around the site, just please do not obstruct any trains.

As this activity is outdoors but please adhere to social distancing , where practical.
Tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by order of the event management. No need to print the ticket as we will have details ready for when you arrive. THIS TICKET IS ONLY VALID ON DATE AND DURING THE TIME STATED.
