Please join us for a 7 mile scenic trail route through Aston Rowant and onto the nature discovery reserve. You will be accompanied by our lead walkers, first aiders and marshals, as well as having a marked route. Once signed up, you will receive an email link with the route details. Finally, upon return to base you will be greeted with a delicious cream tea which is included in the price. Extra's will be on sale for supporters too.
This event isn't just for the parents of Aston Rowant CofE School, it is a whole community event. A chance to dust off those walking boots and put a date in the diary for a walk and talk with friends, whilst helping our school build a much needed library.
Please share with your neighbours and friends. It will be a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and also know that you are walking for a great cause. Supporters of all ages are welcome along the route too.
Parking is available at Aston Rowant Cricket Club with the bar open at the end for you to treat yourself to a well deserved drink. There will be a short stroll down the footpath leading to the start line at the school. We do encourage drop offs where possible.
Please arrive from 09.00am for the walk to start promptly at 09.30am. We anticipate the walk will take roughly 3 hours.
