1. The RGS Foundation reserves the right to replace any part of a stated prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other
alternatives.
2. Winners will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries. The draw will take place within each term as specified within the promotion details.
3. Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw via the contact details provided at registration.
4. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid entries.
5. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified by responding as instructed. If a winner fails to claim their prize, it will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be chosen.
6. Prizes will be sent free of charge to a UK address provided by the winner. The RGS Foundation accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, delayed, or damaged beyond its reasonable control.
7. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses, where addresses have been provided at registration. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the RGS Foundation of any changes to their contact details.
8. The RGS Foundation reserves the right to request proof of identity and address from winners. Failure to provide acceptable proof may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
