Bury St Edmunds Online Charity Auction

It's back for a 3rd fantastic year - bigger and better than ever before, the Bury Abbey Rotary Club's Charity Online Auction!
This fantastic auction raises funds for local Bury St Edmunds and Suffolk charities. Over the past year we have supported the following with financial donations or practical help:
Gatehouse Foodbank                Suffolk Young Carers                        MyWiSH                            SARS
Womens Aid Refuge                  Storehouse Foodbank                 BSE Theatre Royal            EACH
Our Special Friends                    Bury RUFC Vixens                         Headway Suffolk             Bury Drop In
Depden Care Farm                     Rural Coffee Caravan                  Suffolk Mind                       Samaritans
Citizens Advice                             Bury Town Pastors                        Families Together            Riverwalk School
Other local registered Charities may be included in specific Lots.

The Auction runs from Monday 4th March and finishes on Sunday 24th March at 10pm.
We will arrange free delivery of Lots within the Bury St Edmunds area, and for a minimal charge further afield. There are over 130 Lots, so there's something for everyone and every budget - take a flyer and make a bid, and we'll let you know if you've been outbid so you can try again.
Every penny will go either to the charity listed under the Lot or to the local charities we support.

We can arrange for free delivery within the Bury St Edmunds area or collection from the centre of town. Deliveries further afield can be arranged for a small charge. Don't miss out on some unique items  and experiences,  and some perfect gifts for people who are normally impossible to buy for!

HOW TO BID

To place a bid, click on the item, enter your bid and press Bid Now.  If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to register (with your email, mobile no, and password), or to sign in if you already have a jumblebee account.

Once you are signed in you will be asked to confirm your bid - at this point you can uncheck 'show my name' if you wish to remain anonymous.  You can also opt in to receive a text alert.  If your bid is successful you will receive a 'highest bidder' message on screen and an email and text to confirm.  If you are outbid later you will receive and email and text with a link to bid again.

Highest bidders will receive an email and a link to pay shortly after the close of the auction.
