The winner of this auction item will have a pre-concert ‘briefing’ and practice session with Chris Sparkhall, and will then take to the stage at the concert to direct the Band in one of their numbers. If you are free earlier in the week, there will be the chance to practise with the band in their normal rehearsal slot.

The auction winner can choose to meet the Ashton's either in Littleton, Winchester, or at Canford School. The car seats four and has a canvas top but no side screens so dry weather is always to be preferred.
The prize will include a short introduction to the car which has quite a history that has been well documented, particularly between 1933 and 1939. Then a drive for up to three passengers nominated by the auction winner. The timing and distance of the drive would be between 30 minutes and an hour and would be a mix of open road and town driving. Finally, some group photos can be taken, either at Canford or a picturesque spot near Littleton. Photographs will be takes and processed.

The car is comprehensively insured as a Classic but has no seat belts fitted in keeping with its history. Passengers are asked to accept this proviso. As a valuable historic vehicle it will be driven with due care and consideration.

Blaegrove Barn is a cleverly converted old cart shed. This boutique bolthole is full of character and original features with a palette of soft greys and greens, quirky art and a statement central bar covered in hand-cut cartridge ends. Situated at the top of a dead end lane just an hours drive or train from London, the barn is sited on an arable farm with views across the fields. Within walking distance of the barn are a number of country pubs, Andwells micro brewery with cafe and Newlyns farmshop and cookery school. A picturesque walk along the canal would take you to the market town of Odiham with shops, cafes and pubs.
The accommodation comprises of a Bedroom with Kingsize bed, Shower room with double sink and an enormous open plan living area comprising of a galley kitchen behind the bar, a large dining table which can host up to 14 people and a sofa area with wide screen TV and fibre broadband. The rear doors open up onto a south facing garden with BBQ, Sunloungers and a dining area for 6.
