A wonderful lot of a week's stay at Kellan Mill, which sits just 20 yards from the shore of Loch na Keal on the West coast of Mul, with views across the water to Ben More.

£200 could provide access to a volunteer mentor for three months to help a veteran achieve their personal and professional goals after attending the Ski Week, Ocean Challenge or Pain Management programme.

It was good just to have that listening ear, or that extra push when I wasn’t sure I could do something. My mentor was there during lockdown which was a massive help because I felt I was starting to slip back into what I was like before the Ski Week.”
